My Mission

Is Simple.  I strive to provide an atmosphere suitable for disputants to meet, communicate, and resolve their issues.  I believe that disputes will resolve when the parties are emotionally, mentally, and financially ready to address their problems head on, but in a non-combative manner.

Company Profile

Miller|Mediation is in the business of resolving disputes.  Miller|Mediation provides alternate dispute resolution services, including:

	Mediation:  a purely voluntary agreement where successful resolution depends entirely on disputants' desire and decision to resolve their matter
	Arbitration:  can be a voluntary or involuntary decision to arbitrate, but the parties give the power of final resolution to the Arbitrator
	Mediation-Arbitration:  a hybrid of Mediation and Arbitration, which can be fashioned entirely by the disputants
	Discovery Referee:  can be a voluntary or involuntary decision to appoint a Discovery Referee; the Discovery Referee makes decisions for the disputants in what information must be shared prior to trial or alternate dispute resolution
	Special Master:  a combination of Discovery Referee and Mediation

Miller|Mediation provides a valuable service to the disputants by assisting them in the procedural and/or substantive development of their matter, without engaging in more traditional, and expensive, models, particularly such as litigation.
